Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the engagement between Midas Web Masters LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”) for our 24-hour MVP development sprint and related services.

By scheduling a discovery call, submitting payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer rapid development of a minimum viable product (MVP) within a 24-hour design and build sprint, including:

• Discovery consultation
• Feasibility and scope review
• Delivery of a working MVP
• Deployment assistance
• One round of minor post-delivery revisions

Final deliverables are based on the scope agreed upon prior to the sprint and outlined in a separate Sprint Service Agreement.

3. Payment & Refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your sprint day.

The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the MVP and before final deployment assistance.

All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Once the deposit is paid and the sprint is scheduled, no refunds will be issued for cancellation, missed deadlines due to missing assets, or change of mind.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Supplying all necessary assets and content before the sprint begins
• Providing valid credentials for any required third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Stripe)
• Being available for scheduling and follow-up as needed
• Ensuring legal rights to all content and materials you provide

Failure to provide assets or credentials in a timely manner may delay or forfeit your sprint window.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, content, and assets developed by us for your MVP will be transferred to you upon full payment, excluding any third-party components used (e.g., libraries or templates under open-source licenses).

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential versions of your project for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Scope Changes

One round of minor revisions is included as a courtesy and must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Additional changes, new features, or modifications outside of the original scope require a new signed agreement and may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midas Web Masters LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays due to client-side failure to provide information
• Platform outages or third-party service limitations

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific sprint service in question.
